U guys might have already knew what's going on in Africa but just read what i'm about to write...

While u are complaining how sucky ur meals are everyday or having Subway as breakfast, Chillis as lunch and magnificent grilled meat for dinner, children in Africa survive with drinking unfiltered river water and pies made out of mud.

As you can see, the water is filled with dangerous infections that can kill many lives. People in Africa need to drink and they are going to drink whatever they can.

It is hurtful to see people (including kids) in Africa having to eat these mud cakes - made out of margarine, MUD and salt - to ease their hunger.

Now, has it not wreck ur heart?

Well, THEY ARE STARVING..

and

Suffering from HIV/AIDS..
as we speak.

Many have noticed. Many have seen. Many have read and heard.

But how many are willing to take actions?

Cancel all ur meetings or outings on the 20th of June (saturday) and step into Africa's shoes with us.

Its an International Understanding Day + Carnival organized by the Interact Club of SMK Assunta.

There will be performances, great food, awesome games..etc

Help us to help them raise RM 20, 000 for a charitable organization in Africa - Cherish Uganda.

My phone sure is LUCKY..

Why?

Cause each time i loose it, i get it back!

I don't even know where to start or how to put 2 hours into a blog post.

I wanted to go to some boutiques. So mum fetched me out and we parked quite far from those boutiques. It was near my house so i was just holding my phone and my house keys. I didn't bring a bag. While walking, i passed the keys to my mum but held my phone instead.

So i went into this boutique, it seems quite nice and this sales girl who attended to me was freaking nice. She said she's from Sarawak. I walked in browsing through the clothes with the phone still in my hand. I always hold my phone. It has been a habit. So i am pretty good at doing anything else while the phone is still in my hands. So i was browsing through the clothes. Then the girl picked this dress for me to try. I took it to the fitting room and put down my phone on the bench and hang the clothes. I closed the curtain and changed. So didn't know whether to buy it yet or not, i changed and walked out telling her that i might come back.

Went in to another boutique just few doors away. Wanted to try a dress and i realized i'm not holding anything in my hand!!! I panicked and i ran back to the previous shop alone cause my mum was trying clothes. It all happened in just 5 minutes!!

Rushed in to the store and the same sales girl was like "want to buy the dress already?" At that time, the supervisor was back. I was like "no, i left my phone in the fitting room. Did u see it?" She said no and she walked away. The supervisor helped me call my phone but it was OFF... in just 5 minutes! The sales girl told me that no one else came in after us. All the more i was sure that my phone was in the shop and she took it. So i went back to the shop where my mum was and both of us went back to the sales girl. Can u imagine? i ran back and forth. haha

We went in, the supervisor checked the security camera recordings and told me that she saw that i wasn't holding my phone when i came in. I told her i was sure. So we kept replaying the thing. Honestly, it was hard to see that i was holding anything. The camera showed that i browsed the clothes with both opened hands. But i was sure i was holding my phone cause i know how my hands look like when i normally hold my phone. So i kept telling her that i was holding my phone.

So then we questioned the "NICE" sales girl and she said no. We kept checking the camera but can't see anything. I am very soft-hearted when i see ppl with sad and guilty face okay. My mum kept questioning her. And i was talking to the supervisor "is she going to cry?" can u believe i asked that??! haha Wasted an hour talking to the stupid girl.

I asked her "honestly, did u take it?"
She said, "if i said no, would you believe me?"
I looked at her surprisingly and said "NO??"
I told her "if you would just take out the phone now, i WILL NOT take any action and i would tell your boss that i found my phone already"
She just stoned there and didn't know what to do.
After several questions she still didn't wanna admit, she said "if u don't believe me, what u want me to do? U just come back 2moro morning, i'll go to the atm and cash out for u"
My mum just said "if u're not guilty, why would u cash out a thousand bucks?"

I swear the look on her face was damn pitiful. Then the supervisor called the boss to come in. Waited half an hour. Still trying to persuade the girl to take my cacat phone out.

The boss came and checked the camera again, said i wasn't holding my phone. The he went and talked to his staff and found out everything in 5 minutes.

My mum had to leave then, cause the driver was waiting at home to pass her the car keys. So she left me ALONE in the shop to deal with everything.

The boss came back and told me " if she's gonna take out the phone and apologize, what will you do?"
So i asked, "so she did take my phone?"
The boss said yes and its up to me take any action but he won't tell me what he is going to do with her because its an internal action or something like that.
I told him i already said i won't take any action as long as she returns the phone.
So then the sales girl went and took the phone out. I was just damn happy! haha

My mum came back then.

Since the sales girl knew we wouldn't take any action, she apologized without any expression on her face okay. She was expressionless! She just said "sorry, i am really sorry. I saw the phone and i just took it. It was a very NATURAL REACTION. I saw the phone and i took out the battery straight away"

WTH, right?!

The funniest thing was, the boss and the supervisor were AMUSED by how i held my phone because they couldn't see anything according to the camera. haha

So we left the place and my mum said this "eh u know, we could ask the boss to sell us that dress for a discount of 50% 2moro"

HAHA

today's Wesak Day.

Every year dad will bring us to a temple in Bricksfield but he's is Jakarta now. But mum still wants to go. So she's bringing me to Taman Mega later. Apparently, there's a temple there. hmm..

Owh btw, Morning everyone! How come everyone's sleeping when i'm awake? 9.30am already!! Wake up lah! I've been up since 7.30am!!! I'm loving the weekends. haha it is so stress-free. U know how ppl say they have huge eyebags but when u look at them, u don't see anything? In my case, if u ever heard me saying i have huge eyebags and dark eye circles, believe it!

i've been waking up at 3 something 4 in the morning for the past few days to study (more like absorbing) whatever i can before the the exam starts. Its last minute but last-minute-work works for short-term-memory-people like me. hehe..

In form 4, i thought i'll never be able to handle the amount of homework. As u go higher, the pile of homework gets higher too. How i wish i was back in Standard 1 when i was so proud to show my report card because i had 11 As (don't ask me how, must be included with all those silly kids subject). Teacher had a star sticker for me. haha! So last year form 4, i even had homework on the first day, let alone to be worrying the work i get for the whole year. But u'll get used to it somehow. People have to work under pressure right? So i'm doing fairly. But honestly, i rather u lock me in a room the whole day and order me to study than doing my homework. Have i not told u that already?

So no more excusese, i'm gonna study. But how to get rid of my lazy bone ah? ;-)

I wanted to tell dionne i went out on friday and saturday, so i didn't get to study. it was this morning before my moral exam. So go crazy abit la before exam. haha

I was rushing my words and i told her -

Eh i went out on friturday...

Dionne and i stoned for a jiffy and we laughed our asses off. HAHA!



I think when words are jumbled, they are fun. It releases stress. =)

BTW,

my mum wanted to say sweep the floor but instead she rushed her words and said comb the floor. L.O.L!!
